Federal Appeals Court Swats Down FCC's Indecency Rule

A three judge panel today struck down the FCC's indecency rule on the grounds that it creates "a chilling effect" in violation of the First Amendment.  While it's likely this issue will escalate to the Supreme Court, the ruling is nonetheless seen as a major victory for broadcasters.
