Job Title: Marketing & Account Coordinator Department: Sales FLSA Status: Non Exempt Supervisor: Local Account Executive Staff Location: Las Vegas Summary: The Marketing and Account Coordinator would assist Account Executives (AEs) in their marketing and sales efforts, including: Gathering information on leads, preparing presentation materials and incorporating online marketing campaign elements into proposals. Transactional support including: entering orders, coordinating ad copy, pulling avails, following up on invoice discrepancies, responding to incoming requests, obtaining approvals/restrictions on new accounts, communicating commercial air times and informing AE and client of ad bumps. Duties and Responsibilities: Entering orders in the system Obtaining ad copy from client/agency or creative group and verifying quality Gathering information on leads to assist the AE in contacting prospective customers Preparing a first draft of the presentation materials Pulling schedule of avails, historical rates, etc for inclusion in initial proposal Following up on discrepancies and coordinating collections with finance Incorporating all elements of online marketing (UIM) campaign in proposals Responding to incoming requests customers Obtaining approval/restrictions on new accounts Sending commercial air times to clients Coordinating with centralized Creative Services group for production Informing AE and client of ad bumps Other administrative tasks (e.g. preparing various reports, answering calls, preparing expense reports) Minimum Qualifications for Consideration: Windows, Office, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel proficiency Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Marketing, sales & customer service background Primary & secondary research exposure Comfortable in an unstructured role Strong organizational skills Detail oriented Data entry experience Experience in multi-tasking work environment Self Starter Experience with internet advertising Previous advertising or media company experience Knowledge of Donavan, Matrix, Concur and Arbitron Experience and Education College Degree Necessary Language Skills: Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Interested candidates should forward resume to: Attn: Ana G.
