Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Sales FLSA Status: Non Exempt Supervisor: Local Account Executive Staff Location: Las Vegas Summary: The Marketing Coordinator would assist Account Executives (AEs) in their marketing and sales efforts, including: Gathering information on leads, preparing presentation materials and incorporating online marketing campaign elements into proposals. Duties and Responsibilities: Gathering information on leads to assist the AE in contacting prospective customers Preparing a first draft of the presentation materials Incorporating all elements of online marketing (UIM) campaign in proposals Other tasks (e.g., preparing online performance reports) Minimum Qualifications for Consideration: PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel proficiency Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Strong writing skills Marketing, sales & customer service background Primary & secondary research exposure Comfortable in an unstructured role Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Self directed Experience and Education College Degree Necessary Language Skills: Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Interested candidates should forward resume to: Interested candidates should forward resume to: Attn: Ana G.
