| Job Title: National Account Coordinator Department: Radio Sales FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Supervisor: National Sales Manager Market: Las Vegas Position Summary: The National Account Coordinator would assist the National Sales Manager (NSM) and National Account Manager (NAM) in transaction support, including: reviewing entered orders, assisting managers with make goods, coordinating promotions events and coordinating ad copy. Duties and Responsibilities Review orders entered by each National sales office’s assistants, question assistants when needed and adjusting were appropriate. Review bumps to assist managers with determining make good offers. Talk to AEs, NSM and Promo dept to coordinate all elements for promotions events and creative when needed Coordinate with Traffic and national sales assistants on ad copy Review orders received direct from agencies through and re-input into stations traffic systems Misc. tasks (e.g., expenses for NSM, answering calls, filing, puling reports) Minimum Qualifications for Consideration Data entry experience Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Basic Spanish Language skills Customer service background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deadline Oriented Experience in multi-tasking work environment Windows, Office with an emphasis on Excel proficiency Following would be a plus: Previous advertising/media experience Knowledge of Donovan, Arbitron, OSI, Matrix, Concur Exposure to Nielsen Education College degree Interested candidates should forward resume to: Attn: Ana G.
