Job Title: Promotions Coordinator Department: Radio Sales FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Supervisor: Sales Support Lead Market: Las Vegas Position Summary: The Promotions Coordinator would assist Account Executives (AEs) in coordinating promotions efforts, including: creating and incorporating promotion elements into presentations, executing promotions, and creating event and promotions recaps. Duties and Responsibilities Working with central creative group or promotions team to create and incorporate promotion elements in presentations to customers. Liaising with client, legal and promotions group to execute promotions, including attending promotions events. Creating event and promotions recaps campaigns. Misc tasks (e.g. scheduling talent, assisting with travel bookings) Decision on logistics for day-to-day execution of promotion campaigns Minimum Qualifications for Consideration Strong organizational skills Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Detail Oriented Media, internet, sponsorship or event sales experience preferred.
