Job Title: Retail Direct Coordinator Department: Sales FLSA Status: Non Exempt Supervisor: Jason Strongin, Director of Sales Location: Las Vegas Summary: The Retail Direct Coordinator will assist the Retail Account Executives in marketing and transaction support, including: lead generation, order entry, copy write coordination, and communication of commercial air times and make-goods to customer Duties and Responsibilities: Order entry Copy write coordination with Creative Services group Support with lead generation (e.g., going through yellow pages to identify leads Communicate commercial times and make-goods to customers Other administrative tasks (e.g., taking calls, preparing reports Minimum Qualifications for Consideration: Data entry experience Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Customer service background Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Experience in multi-tasking work environment Windows, Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Previous advertising/media experience (preferred) Knowledge of Donovan, OSI, Media Ocean, Matrix, Concur, Arbitron and Marketron (a plus) Experience and Education College Degree Necessary Language Skills: Written and spoken fluency in Spanish Interested candidates should forward resume to: Attn: Ana G.
