Employment Opportunity Promotions Producer KTNV, News 13 Las Vegas, NV Employment Status: Full-time; Exempt Education: Bachelor’s degree in television, communications, or related field preferred Skills: Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong writing, conceptualization, editing, and production skills a must; strong problem solving abilities; strong organizational and interpersonal skills required; high work ethics and standards; ability to meet deadlines and detail orientation; knowledge of news and current events; ability to effectively coordinate spot production. Strong personal computer skills necessary. Non-linear computer editing skills mandatory. Apple Final Cut Pro editing experience preferred. Adobe Photoshop experience preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years previous hands-on promotion writing-editing experience. Duties: Responsible for writing, editing, producing and posting multiple commercials on a daily basis; promoting upcoming newscasts; other duties as assigned by managers.
