EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY NOTICE (7/16/2010) Job Title: Traffic Coordinator – Full Time Department: G&A / Traffic / Continuity FLSA Status: Non - Exempt Supervisor: Traffic Manager Market: Las Vegas, Nevada Duties and Responsibilities Contract entry and maintenance. Manage avails, coordinating with GSM Produce daily commercial log Report any avail problems to GSM Supervise translator and continuity personnel to ensure smooth running of the department. Meeting all deadlines necessary. Maintain filing system Train personnel to be able to act as back-up for Traffic Inform GSM/GM of any inappropriate advertising content, requests from advertisers/account executives. Minimum Qualifications for Consideration Requires working knowledge of Word and Outlook software packages 2+ years experience in similar position preferred. Requires good verbal and written skills Requires good interpersonal skills Fluency in Spanish and English preferred Experience and Education High School Diploma Knowledge of the Marketron and Power Link a plus.
