Job Title: Digital Sales Manager Division: Radio Location: Las Vegas Job Category: Sales Date: 7/01/10 Clear Channel Radio Las Vegas has an immediate opening for an Digital Media Specialist for its radio station cluster. This individual will join a well-respected management team. Applicants must be able to hold themselves accountable and be a strong communicator. Applicant must possess exceptional experience and understanding of online assets including on-demand content, social networking, database-building and marketing, and have a thorough understanding of how to integrate those assets into client programs. Leading candidates will maintain unquestionable character, professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities include: • Work directly with sales team to build integrated programs with clients using our digital assets. • Strive to attain revenue and market share goals. • Conceptualize and execute marketing programs and client services • Develop, implement and communicate sales strategies and action plans Position Requirements: • Two plus years of online duties with a quantifiable track record of success. Previous experience in digital media integration into traditional media would be a plus. • Ability to accompany sales team making outbound calls and demonstrating digital assets in presentations. • Ability to execute day-to-day project and time management. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Highly developed business writing and software skills • Highly motivated, results driven leader. • Ability to discover customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning in the Digital arena. • The ability to coach and train team members of all experience levels.
